Low Pressure Moulding Process


macromelt process
The graph below shows typical temperature transition after injection of Macromelt into the mould. Temperature is above 200˚C when Macromelt is injected into the mould. Shortly after injection, the temperature begins declining rapidly because the mould takes heat from hotmelt, hence no damage has been done to the substrates.
